After shutdown hassbian will not fully load

RPi3
Hassbian
5V 2.1A power

Switching power strips to my setup I shutdown my hassbian Rpi. After changing all power connections in my cabinet I powered it back up with the same power adapter outputting 5V 2.1A. Now hass will not load completely.

I can SSH to the system, read the log files, stop and restart all of the services, but it will not get passed the initial starts.

2018-06-01 13:57:55 WARNING (Recorder) [homeassistant.components.recorder] Ended unfinished session (id=139 from 2018-06-01 20:47:04.488511)

I am out of ideas.

2.1A is a little on the low side, it should be at least 2.4A. However, if you’re not getting the blinking red light and sudo vcgencmd get_throttled returns 0x0 then you’re ok (for now).

Nothing in the system logs (dmesg)?

It is screaming Under Voltage!

I have used this adapter for months with my RPi3 with no issues. It is strange that this has happened. I will resolve this and report back.
