After updating to hassio 0.81.6 all my mqtt switches and lights are gone

Hey,

I just updated to hassio 0.81.6 and now all my MQTT switches and lights are gone?
I have them included in my configuration.yaml with a seperate lights.yaml and a switches.yaml.
It has always been working untill the update to 0.81.6.
Are there more people who have this issue?
