After upgrades, Lost Samba and ability to access from https://hassio.local:8123/

I usually access my Hassio from my mobile using the duckdns domain name. The last time I was on there with my desktop, I think it was running version 0.67.1? Anyway I did a few upgrades to Hassio via the mobile and now I am on 0.70.0.

Today I tried to go to Hassio at https://hassio.local:8123/ and got a DNS resolve error. I can still go there with the actual IP address. I then noticed that I could not see my SAMBA share.

I have not done anything technical with Hassio in so long because it “just works” that , frankly, I have forgotten most of it.

Any help appreciated.

This worked for me after I lost samba post-upgrade, simply change the name of your samba share in the hassio addon section & restart.

I had to reenble SMB v1 support in control panel, programs windows components.

But still cannot get to UI at https://hassio.local:8123/
