It did not happen immediately after the upgrade but shortly thereafter. Not sure if it is related to the upgrade. Anyone else experiencing this? Or have a solution? Thanks for reading.
Try deleting the browser cache and refreshing

Yes, that’s the first thing I tried and it didn’t work. Thanks for the suggestion.
I upgraded a couple hours ago. All went well… then my hass.io disappeared also, then reappeared a couple minutes later. I did nothing extraordinary, just went to various tabs.
I cannot help you with a solution but you are welcome for my reading.
