Afvalwijzer not working after recent update

After the latest update (2024.12), my HACS Afvalwijzer doesn’t show data anymore
What has changed ?

Hello, I had the same problem. I fixed it by manually deleting the (old) unavailable entities from the Settings → Devices & services → Entities overview (I’m not aware of a better way to do this). And after that I added the Afvalwijzer integration via “+ ADD INTEGRATION” button on the bottom right of the Devices & services screen Aand entered the necessary data in the configuration window. After this the card on my dashboard showed the usual information again. With this, the integration is now also shown on the integrations page (which was in my case previously not yet the case if i’m correct). Be sure to first remove the old entities otherwise the newly added afvalwijzer integration will create entities with an additional “_2”.
Hope this will be a way to solve this also on your side.

OK, thank you very much. Sounds as a classic solution, but logical.
I will try this.

I removed Afvalwijzer and added the integration again, but all the entities are gone now.

The only visible entity is update.afvalwijzer_update

Something is wrong with this version of the application.

Hi, Just remove all the entities from Afvalwijzer. And re-activate the integration with the right credentials. And it shoot working again, I just dit dit in 5 minutes. Don’t forget the reboot your HA.

What are the right credentials ? And how do I re-activate ?

Hi, is the afvalwijzer visable on your Devices & services overview of HA? If yes then click on it and next click on the CONFIGURE button. Then in the configuration window fill in your credentials like which waste service to use an your postal code and house number (see the docu of the afvalwijzer github page for more info). If it’s not visable then see my first post on how to add the afvalwijzer integration.

I already figured it out. After a full reboot, things were working.
At first I kept looking within HACS, but I had to look within Integrations.
