Air Cooler recommendation

Hey,
I have a small attic bedroom that in the hot summer days gets up to 30c which is not very nice (to say the least).

Could someone recommends of a small & silent (and preferably inexpensive) air cooling solution that could be easily controlled from HA [if temp>25 start AC]?
