A intermediary for aircon to thermostat translation would be great, especially with Legacy IR based aircons.
E.g. IR command sent to switch to Heat Mode, IR command to switch to Cool Mode, IR commands to set fan level, eco mode, etc. I think you get the point.
I’m aware of the generic thermostat but it cant be configured to send commands based on state change and from what I understand it can’t be configured to two different devices for heating and cooling (e.g discrete heater and aircon).
