Hey @JohnB , I am desperately trying to get this working and no luck so far. I can get logged into Alarm.com via a web browser and using my credentials. So I tried that in my config.yaml (per the docs example like you have shown) and that produces only errors.
I was wondering what you meant by the above I quoted. I have tried creating another user with full permissions and access code, but that won’t get me access either. Not sure what I am missing here… 
I have tried both login portals, but not sure which HA uses, the Customer login tab or the Partner Portal Login?
I know I am probably missing something simple here
