Alarm Panel Icon Colour

The state icon for my alarm on my picture elements floorplan panel does not change colour when armed:

Is there an easy way to do this other than custom-ui?

I tried a state-badge but it is ugly as sin.

card-modder using hui-entity-row as the card, or template card using the same thing.

But I have card-modder already installed so I’ll give that a go.

I don’t think card modder will do it alone because it doesn’t allow you to change the color based on states. I was having a brain fart.
