Alarm Sensor and Siren Compatible with HA

Can someone recommend an HA compatible sensor that would detect an alarm sound (fire alarm, security alarm, etc.) that I could have HA send a notification to our phones?

Also, can anyone recommend a siren (preferably Z-wave) that I could use to sound an alarm for water leaks when a water sensor senses moisture?

I’ve never heard of a sound detecting sensor like that. But I can recommend you the aeotec siren.
