I’m not sure I can help you a lot but would you mind sharing your country?
I am facing the same issue (in France) and what I gather from the integration bug tracker is that the issue stems from the fact that depending on the countries, Verisure doesn’t always use the same element as a login. The integration expects an email, and refuses anything else. That causes an issue (in France) where the expected login is the verisure ID (not an email).
The issue has been escalated to the devs.
