well done, very handy card
really fine addon for my front panel to summarize the most important topics seen in the house.
Watched ‘Smart Home Junkie’s’ video just now about this card (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXRYqlzeUb8) and I think it’s a game changer!! I’m going to give it a go later today but from what I saw it seems to be very well done and complete, thank you! 
does anyone know how to do an if condition within the alerts depending on certain entities - for instance if the front door is open - display Front Door Open/Unlocked vs front door closed - display Front Door Closed/Unlocked
I would like to know is there a simple way that I am not seeing to enable this card across multiple tabs of a dashboard without creating multiple instances of the card?
IE: to be permanently displayed no matter which tab is selected
