after re-downloading in hacs, I added the integration.
I finally reach ‘500…’ after introducing the hidden word.
I tried several times .

should I use double authentication??

I have the same problem and I have no idea how to solve this…
All devices with Alexa stopped working.
I thought re-installing Alexa integration would fix it, but I got the same Internal Server Error.
After a few digging it looks like a system error handling https.
I suspect that this is happening on custom SSL configurations (like mine), but I migth be wrong and could also apply to the Nabucasa Cloud.
I’m running HA in latest official docker image.
I found the issue regarding adding the integration.
Solution: Enable 2FA on your Amazon account, and add the integration again following the instructions on setting the Built-in Keys in the initial integration form.
But the media player still fails.
Yes, if you enable 2FA it works very well.
