i have many problems to RE integrate "alexa media player "… always the message : 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble (like many persons)

several people advise me to install “NGINX Home Assistant SSL proxy” in addition to DuckDns to resolve my problem
how to do it and is it essential to connect to the alexa server
other question:
can I restore a ha backup(snapshot) in which the alexa media player configuration worked??
