I am new to Home Assistant. I want to be able to control everything via Alexa. I read https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/alexa.smart_home and just wondering which method is recommended? Is there already an Alexa skill repo out there that can be used?
The http://nabucasa.com service is the recommended way for interacting with 3rd party voice assistants.
Follow the instructions on the page you linked to, works like a charm and is not as complicated as it looks.
