I am using HA Z-wave JS with Homeseer G8 stick. Devices are integrated in Alexa and on screen on Amazon Echo I can touch and the device responds but voice commands do not work and Alexa tells me for the same device that it is not responding.
Please assist if possible, thanks.

Yes, on the Echo device I see the device on the screen, if I touch the screen it turns on the light. Voice commands to Alexa , results in telling me the device is not responding. Thanks.
I was able to troubleshoot the issue. It appears that when Home Assistant was adding devices, it was inadvertently adding a space after the device name. To resolve this, I had to manually enter the device name in each Alexa device, either by retyping it or making any necessary changes and saving the changes. Surprisingly, the device has been functioning flawlessly, even with the same name, as long as I clear the extra space that was added after the name when it was entered from Home Assistant.
I hope this helps someone who is experiencing issues where Alexa devices can control the devices but not through verbal commands.
