Long story cut short
was running well. I did an update and it stopped cause my two-step verification stopped working which in turn stopped the interaction from working.
and many phone calls to Amazon my account was locked, but I got it working well. I can log in now happy camper
All the blue bits are right I doubled check them
press submit I take to the Alexa login screen
