Alexa help What am i Missing 500 Internal Server Error

Long story cut short

was running well. I did an update and it stopped cause my two-step verification stopped working which in turn stopped the interaction from working.

and many phone calls to Amazon my account was locked, but I got it working well. I can log in now happy camper

All the blue bits are right I doubled check them

press submit I take to the Alexa login screen

what am I missing

Do you have any ideas on getting it working.

It worked!!! Thanks a lot. The key is to set the 2FA in Amazon website and collect the key realted to the QRcode (it has to be used when installing the addon in HA)

I did it using the code of the qr code. It work, but when try to log in in browser i have the same issue. Error 500. How did works for you?? Cannot figure out…
