Alexa keeps re-discovering devices, marking them as new

I have configured Amazon Alexa via the manual setup creating a custom skill: Amazon Alexa Smart Home Skill - Home Assistant

Everything works great, I can control my devices etc. no problem there.

The only thing is that my Echo devices keep re-discovering all my HA devices, labeling them as new:

It doesn’t create duplicates or anything, just the same devices as new. I didn’t bother at first, but this also causes motions sensors to show up as new and this get them removed from Alexa Routines, which I then have to re-add them to those routines.

I can’t seem to find what is causing this or I can’t find a solution for this. Maybe something I’ve missed during setup?

Having the same issue here - did you figure it out, or are you just living with it? Doesn’t mess with functionality at all, just aesthetic for when I check my stuff in Alexa.
