Alexa Media Player - 500 Error

I am trying to setup Alexa Media Player. I have installed through HACS and got the setup screen. I have setup 2FA and typed in my Built In 2FA code but then when I am completing the captcha on the next screen I get a 500 error and I can’t go any further.

I assume that this may be something to do with my DuckDNS setup but I am unsure. Can someone please help?

I am using Alexa Media Player v4.8.0 and HA 2023.11.2

Im having the same problem !
Been trying for hours with no luck…
Im still Stuck with the 500 error…
Im getting so frustrated and dissapointed and about to give up to the whole Home assistant Smart Home Environment !
