Alexa Media Player - Error right after logging in

Hi folks,

I’m new in this Home Assistant World, so I apologize if my question is to stupid, ok? :sweat_smile:

I’ve followed every single step of the Alexa Media Player many times and I always get this same issue.

After finishing the authentication procedure, the window below pops up, stay for some minutes and then the error message pops up.

I’ve properly set the 2Fa app key.

Does anybody know what is happening?

I am running into this same problem. I am not finding anything in the logs to help find the problem. I have tried to install the integration a dozen times, and it just says error.
