Alexa Media Player Integration - 500 Internal Server Error

Hi!
I unfortunately hit the update button on my HACS integration Alexa Media Player and since then I have been unable to add the Alexa Media Player integration because I keep getting this error:
500 Internal Server Error

I have Home Assistant running on Docker and Ubuntu 22.04.
I have tried almost everything I found on the net. Manually install alexapy and so on.
Nothing seems to work.

I can provide with logs if somebody can help!

Same error for an fresh installation after input the captcha

haven’t found a solution for this issue so I made a backup, reinstalled HA but this time not container rather OS.

restored backup and added everthing again… now it works

I just fixed it thank god. I have been having issues all week. I use chrome snd just clear my cookies , cashe and browsing history snd i tried again and it worked.

I’m stuck in this issue.
I tryed all the mentioned solutions, also Chrome … but it seems that some other thing, cause the problem.

:frowning:

Any solution for this? Im now experiencing the same, and have reinstalled integration, etc. Unable to configure it at all (2SV and login all work).

Just the final step in HA that fails with an Error

New HA user … also getting this error when trying to setup Alexa Media Player for the first time. Have not found a workaround.

Watching this, as I’m having the same issue…

Same here - just adding this note so that I’ll get notified if any fix is found.

I too am unable to add the integration due to error 500

If you haven’t found a fix yet, I was having the same problem turned out it was my password, was using the wrong one. Once that was fixed it worked first time.

As far as I know I only have one password for Alex/Amazon. I know I’m typing that one. in correctly.
So which alternate password are you talking about?
