Alexa Responds I’m not quite sure what went wrong

Issue:
Devices work perfectly inside Home Assistant, but no devices appear in the Alexa app. Discovery finds nothing.

Behavior observed:

• Devices controllable in HA: Yes
• Visible in Alexa app: No
• Alexa discovery: Finds zero devices
• Earlier Alexa message: “I’m not quite sure what went wrong”

Troubleshooting attempted:

• Toggled Alexa off/on in HA Cloud
• Disabled/re-enabled Home Assistant Cloud skill
• Ran “Discover Devices”
• Rebooted HA + Echo devices

Has anyone seen Alexa completely lose devices like this?

There were reports on downdetector last night around 10PM and this morning between 5-6AM EDT this morning. This is typically indicative of a smaller regional outage/issues. No widespread outage reported.
