Alexa without Lamda/ AWS

Hi there, i have a quick Question:

Is there a way to setup the Home Assistant Alexa Intigration without an AWS Account?

I don’t have a Credit card and i am not looking to get one. Is there a way to set it up on prem or cheap elsewhere?

Thanks

yeah i know, but for me that’s a bid expensive. Are there any other Options that work just Self hosted without this AWS stuff and just on Premise?

I use the Alexa Home node and the entity node in Node Red.

The Alexa Home node is provided by Ben Hardill. It’s free, but I find it so valuable that I contribute a bit each month through the Github sponsorship.

It’s also remarkably simple to set up as he takes care of the AWS issues, you just define your devices on his site then then tell Alexa to discover. You then use the Alexa Home node to receive commands from Alexa.

I now found the Emulated Hue Bridge (Emulated Hue - Home Assistant) which does exactly what i want, so i use that.

Thanks for your Answers!
