Long story short, after several radio migrations in the past few months and yesterday when I was about to migrate my current radio to ZigStar UZG-01 in LAN mode I am getting a generic error. At first, I thought it got something to do with my home network but after digging deeper. I realized the latest zigbee backup file (json) got only 3KB in size while there are in fact nearly 120 devices in the network.
At the moment, all zigbee devices in the network are working normal. I can’t feel any of the devices reacting slowly or not responding. Is that means there will be a good chance I can fix it without re-pairing all devices? If so, any suggestion where I should start looking so I can extract again a healthy radio backup?
