All devices unavailable after zwave 0.1.87

Hi All,

I have an 800 GPIO chip in HA yellow. After Zwave upgraded to 1.87 all my devices went to unavailable. I restored 1.86 and I still have no luck getting any of my devices back (zooz door sensors, water leak, and motion sensors). I have reset the zwave module and tried to start from the beginning. Now, it will not pick up any devices when in inclusion mode.
I used JS UI to do a hard reset and new keys, and still unable to add any devices.

Any idea or guidance on what I should try next?

Update 8/26:
I started a new HA instance with USB z-wave. It installed the 0.1.87 version. Still not able to connect any devices.

I tried by Full DSK code and was still not able to find the device when in inclusion mode. (I have factory reset all the sensors as well)

I did that as well. but I do see a USA Long Range…changing to that now

You’ve unplugged the stick and power cycled the computer?

Of course.

it is really odd that even this new instance of HA with a New USB stick is having the same issue.
