All updates stopped coming in from iOS app to homeassistant few days ago (location, ssid etc, nothing updates, log on the iOS app says it has updated location etc but nothing changes on server side). Otherwise the app works, everyone can control devices etc. Updated server to 0.118.4 to see if it changes anything but nope. All the basics are ok, not a configuration issue on the phones, it used to work just fine, until it didn’t anymore
Removing the mobile app integration from home assistant for one device and then logging out/back in on iOS app so that it recreates the ‘integration’ seems to have fixed it on one of the phones. Need to do the same on the 5 other phones too when I get my hands on them… but is this a known issue?
As everything has been going nicely now that all accounts have been relogged from iOS app to ha, I assume, just speculating, that this could have been because my Nabu Casa had expired? Even though I don’t use Nabu Casa to access my homeassistant (never did, I just had the trial and tried it once or twice). I have my ha instance publicly open on https. But as I had nabucasa active when I logged in users to iOS app it guess the web hooks still went through nabu casa and after it expired the ios app didn’t realize this and the updates just stopped working. Could it be?
I know my SmartThings stopped working because of nabucasa trial expiring, I had to remove st integration, delete smarthings file from under .storage and readd the integration to get it working.
