I am in the UK and, like many people here, prefer to have temperature in degrees Celsius/Centigrade and distance in miles (and speed in mph). However, unit_system is an all-or-nothing choice between Imperial (temperature in Fahrenheit and distance in miles) and Metric (temperature in Celsius and distance in km).
It would be extremely useful to either have an option to have a separate unit_system for temperature and distance or have a third choice for unit_system - this option could be called UK (similar to Dark Sky, which has a uk2 option for this).
I too would like this!
This still seems incredibly relevant. We use Celsius on our weather forecasts, but all signage is in miles. Converting the distances on my car monitor stuff is. well, annoying!
Did this ever happen or is there an easy way to do this now?
