Some countries use meters per second (m/s) as the default wind speed unit.
It would be really helpful to be able to change the default wind speed unit on the general configuration page like for the metric and imperial units setting.
At the moment a template is required for doing conversion between km/h and m/s, but that is not possible to present on the Lovelace weather cards.
