I have sonoff devices that work excellently and return good values, but HA sometimes doesn’t pick up the unit of measurement.
Template sensors are overkill here, so it would be ideal to got to “Device info” > entity gear > “Unit of Measurement” and be able to type in the symbol there (maybe even overriding what the device reports).
