Allow title overly on card header picture

Balloob spent a lot of time and effort on introducing the card header, and has remarked that he sees few people using it.

I wonder if that is because space is at a premium on most people’s dashboards and this is the result:

If it was possible to overlay the card title on the card header (picture option only) I think we would see a lot more people using it.

@tom_l I’m looking for a way to create an overlap with a Picture Header on a card and came across this post. In my example, it would be great to set an overlap on the image and the rest of the card so that they could blend together – is that kinda what you were going for here?
