Does anyone know if it would definitely be problematic to use the AM312 connected to an ESP on a longer length of cable? I am thinking maybe 2m max, so not exactly extremely long. Would one begin to need to use external pull up/down resistors or can people comment to say it works for them at length or greater with the internal?
@daneboom what has your experience been with this?
Also considering using the AM312 with a “longer” wire than 2m (CAT5 or alarm cable) and wanted to know if that has been conclusive or not for you or whether you considered alternative construct?
