I have the same issue where I press the set + down button for 3 seconds and more and light is not blinking. I already have a zigbee gateway and at this point i don’t know if i got the correct zigbee model because aside from factory resetting the device, i can’t make the blue light appear for pairing. Any help, please.

I think it is really important to know that there are multiple devices with the exact same case but with another wireless chip in it.
These blind drivers are availible with bluetooth, wifi, rf and zigbee.
For zigbee it is important to say that Livolo is making a special zigbee device to have it just compatible with there gateway. Checkout this:
