I’m setting up a fully local Voice Assistant pipeline and wanted to try Google offline TTS voices as a Piper replacement to get another voice option and better language detection for mixed English and non-English.
I could not find an existing way to do this so I built this Android app that acts as a Wyoming protocol server exposing any installed TTS engines on an Android device.
