Is it possible to use android widget icons to launch different dashboards?
In stead of launching the default dashboard from the companion app, it would be quicker to click separate icons for the different dashboards. Quickly launch the Lights Dashboard or cameras dashboard.

Hi Daniel, I cannot drag the icon to the home screen, I can only select another icon.
I get the notification that the shortcut has been created though.
that sounds like a launcher issue, check that your launcher allows apps to pin shortcuts

Cool !! I see how some may not get the concept.
After setting up your shortcut links in the companion app. under shortcuts.
Then any Shortcut on your desktop at least in Android will act differently.
e.g.
Short press Shortcut… Opens as normal.
Long press Shortcut… Opens a menu to select the different optional screens.
You must long press the one icon on your phone to get to shortcut screens.
There is no setting up separate icons for each screen.
