ANNKE security camera panoramic sweetness + sale on various camera's

I am just getting started in security cameras and home automation, so hadn’t heard of ANNKE before. But I became a huge fan of their NCD800 Panoramic PoE dual lens security camera. Think two high quality cameras, producing one image that is more than 180°, with great image quality and built to last (metal housing + large temperature range).

It also appears to support a wide variety of network protocols for integrating it into your set up.

FYI - I have not yet received my camera, as I only just ordered it. But if it is anything like the reviews, then I can cover off my entire backyard with one camera purchase that is nearly half off.

Well over a year later, how do you like your Annke camera(s)?

Pricing may be nice, but I ordered that same camera, and when it arrived, I could not get it to show a live view, even though I could connect easily to it’s internal web server. Tech support was NOT 24/7, as they claim, and they are still giving me a royal run-around 2 weeks after submitting a request for a return.
Their idea of “customer service” is a call center that will not connect you to anyone who can provide useful information.
Do not, under any circumstances, order directly from ANNKE; only order through Amazon, (much as I hate to feed Jeff Bezos); you will pay the same price, but in the unhappy event that you need tech support, you can return the damn thing easily.
