Announcing TTS messages using Alexa and Google Home

I have a bunch of Google Home Mini and Echo Dots around my house (10 and 9 respectively) and would like to make TTS announcements to them only to certain devices.

I do that today with Google Home in the Google Home app, but that’s where it exists. I’d like to move that automation to Home Assistant instead. Is that possible?

I saw at least one similar thread of someone asking something similar, but it’s from 2020, and I know a lot of Voice Assistant stuff changed last year:

Yes, I’ve also been having issues for a while now with tts. Just today I’ve figured it out, I had to define a base_url in my tts: configuration, but not only that, it didn’t like my external url, so I had to define my local IP instead.
