Hello people,
I’m currently connecting more and more devices to my Home Assistant. The newest addition is my Ring 3 doorbell. The thing I hate the most about my Ring Doorbell, is the fact that it still says the door has not been answered while I did open the door.
What I hope to do is add a door sensor to my frontdoor, which sends a ‘call answered’ to my Ring doorbell. Anybody any idea if that is even possible?

Lol honestly I find it to be annoying too. When I work from home, almost all doorbells are marked as not answered, while i did go to the door 
But there wouldn’t be a way to push data back to the ring servers. You can only retrieve it. Maybe if you have a Ring locksensor as well integrated into the ring environment.
check, that’s exactly the same situation I have.
I just contacted the Ring servicedesk, but that can’t confirm the Ring locksensor will work… So it will probably not work…
