I use Voice assistant in local way and sometimes with OpenAi.
i using xtts v2 fastapi because it has russian lang support, but it has not streaming mode and my voice pipeline has delay longer than 30 sec for long text.
If anyone has encountered an API similar to OpenAI for TTS with support for streaming in Home Assistant feel free write options. (besides Kokoro)
