Any nagios users here?

I am using nagios forever for my homeserver/homelab.
Now that I started using HA a year ago I am using this more and more as a central place for status & notifications.

I’d be amazing to combine them somehow.

But I cannt and do not want to replicate my 100+ services from nagios in HA.
Ideally there would be some sort of nagios integration that shows host/service status on a HA dashboard and possibly allows simple interactions (acknowledging stuff, rechecking etc).
Surprisingly I did not find any.

Is there anything out there?

I wonder about the same thing: how integrate nagios in HA.
It seems there is nagios plugins to do the reverse: get Nagios services from HA entities.

But I found this little thread that explain how it is easy to send nagios states to HA using MQTT: https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/oa1lvb/nagiosicinga_on_dashboard/

From there, everything is possible to display Nagios states but to interact with Nagios from HA, it needs something else. It is surely possible to do it by adding an API plugin to Nagios and drive it from HA.

As but this just sends notifications, not states and more info, right?
