Any possibility to get HA Devs to take over the Home Assistant node-red project?

As many of us know, the developer for the home-assistant node-red integration has stopped working on and responding to his project. With every release, we gain more and more bugs.

Is there anyone on the HA team willing to take this project on and make it ‘official’ and put it in the HA team repo, so we don’t have to worry about things like this in the future? No more forks to switch to/from, etc?

Isn’t there already an up to date fork? Or is that abandoned too?

There is a fork. But the problem with forks is having to convert your current stuff over, manually download the files, or install differently.

I’m asking for a single cohesive install method that is maintained by a team so that one single person can’t abandon it and leave us all in the dust.
