Any simpler guide for HADashboard on Docker

Hey guys

Been reading on HADashboard and seeing the installation steps on https://appdaemon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/DASHBOARD_INSTALL.html for appdeamon etc…

Is there a simpler concise guide to get it up and running on docker?

I am basically running HA on docker on synology NAS

  1. Do I need to get the following or another?
docker pull hassioaddons/appdaemon3-amd64
  1. Then what parameters to create a container?? what folders to map in particular?
  2. what config for it to connect to HA?

Just looking for some steps for my particular scenario…
