Any suggestions on controlling devices from Apple Watch

I would like to be able to control a few devices, mostly switches, with my apple watch. I know a complication is in the works but just wondering what solutions folks might already be using.

I am considering…

• Waiting for Home Assistant for iOS 2.0

• Siri Shortcuts (Haven’t tried shortcuts yet, not even sure they are available on the watch)

HomeKit

You can use the homekit component to forward any entities or like I am, a binary switch that trigger a home assistant script to Homekit (Siri) and control it with Siri or with the HomeKit app on apple watch.
