Any useful IR code databases out there?

Afternoon All

I have an Broadlink RM pro and 3 minis dotted around the house. I mainly use a fire TV on my daughters tv but went to learn the IR codes for it (on/off & volume mainly) but… the battery contacts have died. I hadn’t used it in a while (and actualyl had taken out the batteries a while ago, but clearly I didn’t inspect it when I did). Unofrtuantely it’s a bit of an abstract brand (Hannspree) and I’m struggling to find IR codes on the internet.

I’ve found the following 3 sites (which may help others) but unfortunately can’t find anything for Hanspree:

http://irdb.tk/find/

https://www.commandfusion.com/irdatabase

http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/codes/

Does anyone know of any other sites or do you have a Hanspree and a spare 5 minutes to post the codes for on and vol + / -?

I know it’s a long shot but I thought I’d give it a go.

You can try the SURE app on Android, it contains a lot of devices. Not a database per se, but you can learn the codes

I seem to recall if you can figure out the chip or code type a device uses you can sometimes figure out other buttons’ codes.

There was some program I used a long time ago I think I found on remotecentral that I used to figure out the codes for an hdmi switch I bought super cheap on amazon. In hind sight it was a ton of work to figure out and get working. I should have just bought one that was designed to be controlled over Ethernet or serial.

We have a Hannspree at work !
Not sure on the model, but I can borrow the remote and try to learn the code for you ?
