Anybody got the buxtronix/am43 working in ESP Home

Hi, I have the buxtronix/am43 code working on a stand alone ESP32 but I want to add more functions, so would like to get the buxtronix code installed using ESPHOME.

It can be done, but I cant find any documentation on how.

Anybody here done this yet?

There is a PR to add native support in Esphome:

otherwise if you’re impatient, you could have HA use the source branch directly. The above PR includes a link to the documentation for the component.

Thanks, Do you know what the time scale for something like this too be added?

I know ESPhome ownership has changed recently.
