Out of curiosity did you ever figure this out? I have been exploring this recently for TECO as well. I haven’t been able to find anything. Meanwhile HomeKit just announced its own energy monitoring for some of California’s energy companies. It’d be nice if more companies opened this data up for us.

For anyone wondering, I just created this and have it as beta right now if you want to try it out. Had a few desires for the Teco data, so this covers a handful of use cases.
