I was recommended to buy an integration board from konnected.io and they’ve taken my money but failed to deliver the goods. Their “customer service” suggested I should start phoning around to try and find it!
If anyone has any personal contacts there who might be able to help before I start having to take further action I would appreciate it as I really want the item I ordered.

I have a Konnected.io board in my old alarm system, but bought from ebay.
Does what it says for me and integrated into HA fine.
Perhaps its caught up in the chip shortages like a lot of other things and stock is hard to come by?
If you bought via credit card, you could chargeback as not recieved?
Well it finally arrived a month after “leaving” Heathrow airport!
The board itself is excellent and just what I needed. Just beware if you’re buying in the UK that the delivery may take forever.
I bought a kit from a UK supplier, on the pricier side, but arrived next day.
