Anyone have configuration for Aeotec Gen 5 in docker?

I’m not sure my configuration is working (as mentioned here Is my Z-Wave USB working?) and I was wondering if anyone has it working and can share their config or anything special they did to get it working.

I have Aeon Labs DSA02203-ZWUS Z-Wave Z-Stick Series 2 USB Dongle

Nothing special to get it working.
Used the config from zwave tutorial.
Below placed in configuration.yaml file
