Does anyone know of a LPG valve that you can control the flow to a BBQ.
I couldn’t find anything when I searched, perhaps my search term is wrong?
They are often called “modulating valves” and are normally expensive and hard to obtain as electronics and gas don’t mix well.

Not sure this is what I actually want, I googled for more variants of these and it seems they are either on or off.
There isn’t a lot of info on that page.
I wanted to be able to regulate the flow so that I can set up a generic thermostat and control the LPG flow to hold a temperature in the BBQ and that means it has to always flow some gas it can’t be on/off.
