Anyone used the GoveeLife Smart Pressure Sensor?

I just got one myself and the app works well and there is an option in the app to set the time for pressure/no pressure.

For those looking for a use case, here is mine:
I have the bathroom lights on a motion sensor. If it is “night time” then the lights only go to a certain dim level and if it is “early morning, day time, afternoon, etc.” then turn the lights on brighter. Stick with me on this one now. If the time is between 4:00 & 7:00 am and the bedroom door opens (to get ready, wake up, let the dog out), then switch the time of day from “night time” to “early morning”. This means that someone is up now, but then the lights in the bathroom will get brighter on detecting motion. If either my wife or myself are still sleeping, then the light comes beaming into the bedroom. I will plan to use the pressure sensor to detect someone still in bed (her side or my side - plan to get 2, only bought one for now to test), and then still trigger towards the dimmer lights and manually have to adjust the bathroom brightness.

Sorry for the long explanation, but hopefully this gives some other some creative ideas. Once I get it up and running, I will be more than happy to share the workflow in Node Red too.

I’m thinking of buying one. Does it currently work with Home Assistant? With Govee Bluetooth?

I got one of these Govee H5130 pressure sensors. It does indeed work with Home Assistant via the Govee Bluetooth integration. No Govee Home app or gateway required. I’m using HA 2025.10.4. It appears as a binary sensor along with battery level and signal strength. It will also show single button presses if you press the H5130’s button.

Importantly, it also seems that you can set the baseline pressure by double-tapping the H5130’s button. I discovered this by accident when testing out the pressure sensor under couch cushions. It was always showing occupied even with no one sitting on the couch. But after double-tapping the button, it changed to not occupied until I sat down on the couch. I haven’t tested this extensively, so others with this sensor should test and confirm.

Just received one and got it set up in HA via bluetooth. Working great so far - will have to get it calibrated later this week, but the strip is showing presence and the button is already added to an automation. A great deal at $14.
