Anyone using the Foscam FI9828P?

Hi Folks,

I’m just starting with HA on RPI3 and I’m really enjoying the system capabilities. I’m thinking to buy the Foscam FI9828P, but it’s not the cheapest outdoor PTZ camera out there. The main motivation to buy this one would be to have a seamless integration with HA including this feature.

I have searched at the HA forum and internet and I couldn’t find if anyone is using this feature successfully with this model. Is anyone having success with this Foscam model using CGI commands?

I am using the FI9803P with the foscam module and no issues.

This is not the pan tilt zoom version so I cannot say if that will work as expected
